Position Responsibilities

Our Program Management Analyst will work program leadership to organize and execute key projects, secure necessary resources, and delivery quality outputs. They will support the recruitment and retention of personnel across multiple program areas. And they will organize program deliverables, standard operating procedures, and core work processes to ensure that our program delivers key capabilities on time and at a high quality level.

The successful individual will be outgoing and highly organized. They will be able to work independently to coordinate staffing needs, applications, and schedules. They will help to develop or refine process flows, anticipate client and program needs, and to train team leaders to execute established processes. They will be committed to ensuring the quality of all work products and deliverables, ensuring they meet their intended purpose.

The ideal candidate will have a wide array of experience in resource management, task management, IT, and administrative support. They will have a strong background in communications, project control, process documentation, and customer relationship building.

Daily Responsibilities - Task and responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Administer all on-boarding and off-boarding of contractor staff, ensuring all processes are met and all documents are received by the government

  • Coordinate suitability process, program purchases, facilities, supply, travel, and staff welfare activities

  • Develop and maintain a document management system for all project related documentation; responsible for document version control

  • Coordinate, collect inputs and develop program status reports and other program deliverables

  • Perform program related administrative duties such as scheduling and set-up for meetings, coordination for visitors, tracking and filing of program documentation

  • Manage staffing, coordinating with internal and external recruiters, and facilitating weekly staffing meetings to provide and receive updates - Responsible for Internal and Customer portal SharePoint Administration

Required Qualifications:

  • BA or equivalent + 2yrs related experience, - 3 years’ experience as a project analyst on a large, fast paced government program

  • Proven ability to standardize/organize project documentation, retrieve information quickly and maintain a high degree of accuracy

  • Proven ability to interface with all levels of staff/management

  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Secret level security clearance

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree or higher in a relevant field.

  • Experience with policy development and clearance.

  • Expertise in process automation using Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint technologies

  • Experience providing technical training.
