CACI International All Source Analyst- Intelligence Planner-Senior in International, United Kingdom
Duties and Responsibilities:
Multi-disciplined planner focused on full range of planning development and integration of intelligence disciplines in theater/global campaign plans, U.S-only, bilateral, multilateral, NATO, cyber and special program planning efforts. Provides intelligence analysis support to the development of DoD OPLANS and CONPLANS related to adversarial actors. Identifies intelligence capability shortfalls and requirements and shall work in coordination with the USEUCOM intelligence planners to ensure intelligence gaps are reflected within key plans and included in the annual USEUCOM Integrated Priority List. Provides support to:
Adaptive Planning and Execution (APEX) process
Joint Capability Integration and Development Systems (JCIDS)
Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE)
Joint Operational Planning Process (JOPP)
Intelligence Community Capability Requirements (JCCR) processes
Intelligence Planning Process (IPP)
This position is a military essential position and may require shift work as directed by the client.
- BA or BS degree
18 years of experience with all source analysis and knowledge of the deliberate and crisis action planning
Must be able to articulate the Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) and Measures of Performance (MOP) with USEUCOM Plans.
Ability to work shifts.
Must have regional expertise of the EUCOM Areas of responsibility and Areas of Interest.
Knowledge of software programs and databases used in the DoD intelligence environment.
