Hours: 8:00a - 4:30p


Responsible to manage daily operations within a segment(s) of Revenue Integrity. Promote a high-performing revenue cycle by optimizing business practices and results. Ensure collaboration with other business units and works closely with many stakeholders across the health system. Supervises the technical charge capture systems, processes and workflows of revenue generating departments for the organization to ensure timely and accurate recording of revenue, in accordance with all applicable governmental and institutional standards, bylaws, rules and regulations.


Bachelors degree in a job related field plus 5 years job related experience OR 9 years job related experience required.


Strong PC and word processing skills required.

Strong written & oral communication skills, project planning, and analytical skills required. Ability to mentor and direct others in performance of duties required.


Certification as a Professional Coder (CPC, CPC-A, CCS-P)
