Hours: 8a - 5p

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible to collaborate and support your business area in selecting suppliers, negotiating effective terms and conditions and then supporting the lifecycle of the contract. Your primary duties will include negotiating contract terms and conditions for agreements, addendums, amendments and statements of work in collaboration with the business, legal, IT and other key stakeholders

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent

7 years of supply chain experience, including direct responsibility for contracting and sourcing. This experience must include analyzing bids, contracts, legal documents, RFPs, and RFIs.

Eleven years total experience required without a Bachelors Degree.

Previous experience with project management in small and large scales required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

Negotiations

Project management

Effective written and verbal communication

Proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel

Problem solver

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Multi-facility healthcare system background

CRMP (Association for Hospital Materials Management) and/or CPSM (Institute of Supply Management) Certification

Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning software INFOR or Lawson
